Make Money Online Ways

Why it’s important to make money online today?

This is important because of financial problems, this is important due to shortage of jobs. There are many other reasons which make online work more feasible for everyone such as it gives financial freedom, it gives time freedom and a lot more. The dream of something in this life may become true by working online, because in real life jobs we have to work more and we get less in return, but in online world, if you worked hard, you’ll get more outcome for your time and believe me it’s an amazing fun!

Can I really make money on the internet?

Yes, you can make money on the internet and this is 100% true and correct. There are thousands of ways to earn money online, which I can’t cover in this single post, but a guy has covered 500+ ways to make money online in one single article which you can read. However, I’ll be mentioning a few real ways which I’ve used myself and have earned a lot over the past few years, you can use these ways too with dedication and hard work. Because without dedication, research, engagement and hard work, you can not easily make money on the internet. See some of the real ways below.

Making Money via Blogging

Blogging is the first method which you can start very easily, because you don’t need to invest too much in this. You just have to buy a web hosting & domain name from a company and it should not cost you more than $50 USD, you can use WordPress CMS to create your blog on a topic in which you have knowledge, you can write on that topic daily or weekly according to your schedule, you can share your blog posts on social media with your friends and fellows. After sometimes (Probably 4 months), your blog posts will get ranked in search engines and you’ll receive traffic/visitors from both social media and search engines.

Now you can convert these visitors into money by displaying ads, you can use some well-known PPC Networks for making money with your blog posts such as Google Adsense, media.net, Infolinks and BuySellAds. The more visitors you have on your blog, the more will be earning. You can also earn money from paid posts which companies offer you when your blog has a good amount of visitors.

Making Money via Freelancing

If you have a skill or skills then you can utilize it online to make money, you can take projects from freelancing websites such as odesk.com (now upwork.com), elance.com, freelancer.com, fiverr.com and peopleperhour.com. However, there are many websites out there which you can use for freelance work. Freelance work is same as offline job, but in offline job, you have to go physically to an office and spend time there, but in freelance work you can do all the tasks from home or from anywhere in the world. You just need to be connected with internet.

Making Money by Online Business

If you have money in hands and you want to make it double or triple then you can go for online business as well, here you’ll have to invest your money in different opportunities such as product launching, offering services, selling goods, selling physical or digital products and many more. You can even start a web designing or web development company online within a few hours. Just hire people from freelancing websites and they will do the rest for you, because you pay them. You can sell almost anything online, and the online payment methods are growing day by day. (Watch the video for more details on this).

Make Money by Teaching Online

OK, so if any of the above methods don’t suit you then you can still make money if you are a teacher, you can start teaching on YouTube, and this is the easiest method to make money, because you have to invest nothing in this. You can start from YouTube because it’s very easy to upload videos to YouTube and get instant views to your videos. You can display Google Ads on your videos to make money out of it. Use Camtasia Studio to create tutorials.
After YouTube, you can also start teaching on Udemy.com, and you can teach on skillshare.com too, the real fun of teaching is online and I myself do it for last 4 years on the internet.

Making Money By Writing Articles

Here is another easy method to make money online, if you are just good at English and can write articles then believe me you still can make at least $500 a month by writing articles for websites, blogs, companies and even you can offer your article writing services on fiverr.com. If you just go to odesk.com or elance.com and check the article writing category then you’ll see a lot of jobs posted by the clients. You can also find a lot of Facebook groups for article writers, where you can instantly get article writing jobs.

How to Lose Intra-abdominal Fat

Intra-abdominal fat is a type of fat within the body that wraps itself around your internal organs. This fat can develop around your liver, kidneys and heart. According to the American Diabetes Association, intra-abdominal fat makes you more susceptible to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and some types of cancer. Drugs that target intra-abdominal fat do exist, but none of the have been approved by the Food & Drug Administration. Losing intra-abdominal fat requires a change in lifestyle to reduce the threat of
chronic diseases.

1. Eat healthier foods and stay away from high total fat and unsaturated fat. Avoid refined carbohydrates such as cakes, cookies, pasta, white bread, cereal, snack foods, candy, etc. These foods get absorbed as glucose quickly, forcing your body to produce more insulin to remove the excess glucose and fat. High insulin levels cause fat to be stored in the abdomen.

2. Exercise in short bursts rather than extended work outs. When you keep exercise sessions brief, you use carbohydrates for fuel while you are moving and then burn fat long after you slow down. Ten- to 12-minute sessions of walking or running will increase your metabolism.

3. Manage your stress. Meditate or take a hot bath to relax. Though it is impossible to eliminate stress completely from your life, managing it will be beneficial to your physical and emotional health.

4. Do not use tobacco or drink heavily. Tobacco users and those who drink excessively are at a greater risk for tummy fat. Men should not drink more than three drinks per day, and women should not drink more than two per day.

How to Figure Body Fat Percentage

Knowing your body fat percentage is very important when you are maintaining a healthy weight and dieting. Often this number is even more important than your weight! Follow these steps to figure out your body mass index, or BMI.

Things You'll Need

  • Measurements of your body
  • A calculator
Tips

1. Use the quick formula. Multiply your weight by 703. Figure out your height in inches, and square it. (In other words, multiply your height in inches by itself. If you are 60 inches tall, you would calculate 60 x 60.) Divide your weight number by your height number. This method may not yield a precise measurement, but it will give you a good ballpark figure of what your body fat percentage is.

2. Use a formula that takes more time and more measurements. This one is different for men and women. If you are a man, do these calculations:
(Your weight x 1.082) + 94.42 = Figure A.
Figure A - (the circumference of your waist x 4.15) = lean body weight.
(Total weight - lean body weight) x 100. Divide this result by your total weight, and this is your body fat percentage.

3. If you are a woman, do these calculations:
Your weight x 0.732 = Figure A.
Figure A + 8.987 = Figure B.
Wrist circumference / 3.14 = Figure C.
Waist circumference x 0.157 = Figure D.
Hip circumference x 0.249 = Figure E.
Forearm circumference x 0.434 = Figure F.
Figure B + Figure C = Figure G.
Figure G - Figure D = Figure H.
Figure H - Figure E = Figure I.
Figure F + Figure I = Lean Body Mass.
(Total weight - Lean Body Mass) x 100. Divide this result by your total weight, and this is your body fat percentage.

4. Use online calculators. Many web sites offer free body mass index calculators. All you have to do is input your measurements, and the web site will do the math for you!

How to Get a Flat Belly Without Dieting or Exercising

Believe it or not there are some simple ways to flatten your belly without having to diet or exercise.

Tips

1. STAND UP STRAIGHT
Standing up straight help to lengthen you and improves your posture. Not only do you look taller, but your also toning your stomach muscles while doing it.

2. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
You may think drinking water will bloat you up, but the opposite is true. When you do not drink enough water you can become dehydrated and your body will hold in more water then it should. It helps to flush your system out and keeps you healthy as well as your skin hydrated. You should drink six to eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day.

3. EAT SLOWLY
There is no eat to eat fast. Take your time chewing and eat slowly. When you eat fast you also tend to eat more calories. To help yourself from consuming unneeded calories eat slowly. Set your fork down between bites and properly chew your food all the way. It can also take up to 20 minutes for your brain to send the signal it is full so eating to fast should just be avoided all the time.

4. WALK MORE
Take time out for yourself to take a walk each day. If you have a dog take him/her with you. It is not strenuous exercise and it is good for you in so many ways. Even at the office, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away when you go shopping, etc. Little things like this can add up to a lot.

5. STOP CHEWING GUM
Chewing gum tends us to swallow more air causing us to become bloated and even gassy. Don't chew gum unless you really feel the urge to. If your worried about your breath suck on a mint instead or carry along a toothbrush and toothpaste with you. There's no shame in caring for your smile.

6. SUPPLEMENTS
Include both calcium D-glucarate (1,000mg) and B-complex supplements to your daily regimen. Excess estrogen causes the body to retain fat around the waist, aren't we lucky? However both of these supplements have been shown to help you decrease the hormone. IN the end, a flatter belly.

7. EAT FOODS THAT BLAST BELLY FAT
Just eating some foods often will help you to burn fat from all over including your belly. Some of these foods are the following.

Insoluble fiber
Salmon
Nuts
Avocados
Grapefruit
Beans
Hot pepper
Dairy Products
Orange Juice
Bananas

8. EAT ALL YOUR MEALS
You should never skip any meals throughout the day. This can actually backfire on you and slow down your metabolism. The most important meal of the day is breakfast and should be consumed within one hour of waking up. During sleep your metabolism is in a fasting mood and needs to be recharged. So eating within an hour of waking does that for you.

9. ADD OLIVE OIL DAILY
Consuming a small amount of olive oil daily can help to flatten your belly. It has been shown that olive oil helps in cutting heavy fats if you take it in your diet properly. Do not consume to much has it will not totally make your belly flatter on its own. Just switch your regular oil to olive oil to help you not gain any more weight.

For the record, in September 2014, yes just last year, a research was carried out by South Africans and this research work labelled Kenya the country with the most ugly people ( referring to both women and men) in Africa. Like in the whole of Africa? Very sickening! Well, the research  annoyed many and even sprang up twitter war with South African counterparts. But now, based on the most recent list published by Anchor Vibe, Kenya broke the most mind-blowing record that will definitely shock you. Kenyan women have just proved to other African countries that they have what it takes too. However, I must say that African in general is undoubtedly the continent with the most beautiful women in spite of all the challenges it is currently facing. Zimbabwean women have broken the barrier and limitation any economical issue could cause and sat comfortably on the list.
1. Egypt:
egypt

Well, Egypt has lots of beautiful women even though some of them are hidden behind shrouds because of religion. The ancient country of Egypt houses many of the most beautiful women in the world.

But, what happened to Rwanda, and why is it obviously not in the list?  Does this tell us that Mugabe nation (Zimbabwean) even has more pretty women than Rwanda? Just wondering anyway!

Stressed children might develop some diseases in adulthood

For All Information BlogThroughout the years, stress has become one of the most common risks for many diseases. Statistically, about 59% of the population who is currently facing a chronic disease, even some acute cases, has stress as its main causing factor. Because of the current lifestyles, natural disasters, conflicts and even basic human relations, stress is bound to appear more frequently.

As we usually try to prevent our children from stress, the effects that it might have on children was not fully taken in account. A newer study made by the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Boston, showed some relevant links between childhood stress and increased risks to develop cardiovascular diseases or type 2 diabetes. During 1958 a cohort study was started by British scientists, in which they’ve collected data about the mental health of children born during one week. They managed to collect about 7000 people who were clinically followed until they’ve reached the age of 45.

By going through that data, researchers today focused more on the patients stress levels during their childhood and their metabolic parameters at age 45.  They found that, those who have experienced traumatic events or generally had a more stressful childhood, had increased cardio-metabolic risks. There was also a difference between children who have experienced one or two stressful events and those who were continuously stressed by their conditions.

Apparently, childhood stress is not only a risk of developing childhood obesity, it also increases the risk of developing heart diseases or diabetes when they pass the 45 years mark, which is a standard age for calculating a cardiovascular risk. As children mostly sustain stress from their social environment, they should at least be provided a shelter and proper attention to avoid increasing their risk to developing some diseases during adulthood.
